Do other service providers tell you all the hidden charges in their call plans?
We use “clean” call plans that do not have any hidden charge - what you see is what you will pay.

Do other service providers tie you into a minimum contract?
Our customers are free to leave anytime if they do not receive the high quality service they
expected, or if they find more competitive prices elsewhere.

Many so-called low rates from other service providers are actually off-peak or weekend rates.

What is a minimum contract term?
No minimum contract term via GFC. We maintain long term customer relationships by providing high quality calls and excellent services at competitive rates

What is a minimum spend requirement?
There is no minimum spend per month required.

What other advantages are there of using GFC’s Gateway?
Lifetime Free service to your PABX system (conditions apply).

What is our monthly subscription amount?
R99 p.m for usage, insurance, service & software updates. Other companies charge a
subscription fee of up to R850 p.m

What is the Disadvantage of using GFC’s Gateway service?
Detailed billing on special requests at R5 per page
Incoming Voice service on special requests only.
If the sim or smart card is inactive for longer then two months, it will be recovered by GFC.

Will I loose my unused minutes?
With GFC your minutes is never lost

Our call rates are unbeatable?
GFC’s rate is R 1,12c excluding vat across all networks for mobile calls
R 0,65c for local & regional calls

If I currently have 9 Premicels, then how many gateways would I require?
Between 3 to 4 gateways would be required as apposed to 9 premicels
You will now have at least 5-6 spare ports on your system.
You will save on subscription for each Premicels
